As Marketing and Brand Coordinator at Sotheby's International Realty, Lillian assisted a top MLS-ranked real estate agent in San Francisco and supported the Chief Marketing Officer by constructing extraordinary publications for multi-million dollar listings featured in local, national, and global outlets. Her responsibilities were primarily focused on luxury clients. In 2022, Lillian completed Ninja Selling, a program for real estate professionals that emphasizes relationship-building and exceptional service.

At Apple, Lillian served as an Expert, leading in sales, product knowledge, and technical solutions. She actively participated in product user studies and initiated the iPhone Experience Team. As a Real World Camera Test Engineer, Lillian produced and reviewed hundreds of video footage pieces and collaborated with developers to resolve bugs in the iPhone 13 lineup. She also organized diversity meetings for Women in Camera.
